I would like to invite you to join us for a gentle Vinyasa flow class.

A detox theme will take us through January to help boost digestion and improve circulation aiding in the removal of toxins.

Our calming flow incorporates breath with movement boosting wellbeing & lowering stress levels helping you to find your inner calm.

Suitable for all levels ..

⭐️Thursdays 6-7 pm⭐️

Starting back - 8th January

Just bring your yoga mat & water.

Sometimes it’s hard to find the time to fill your own cup back up… I’m finding this so much more so these days as a Mummy 😴👩‍👧♥️
But it’s very important !!

How can you pour from an empty cup ?!
Being there for others and enjoying your time if the balance is off …then things do not feel so enjoyable 🥰

Take time for you and let your inner light shine bright 🌅

Today felt good to meditate outside amongst the sounds of nature..rest and recharged 🫶

Breathwork is so powerful & important I always incorporate it into each class .. it anchors us to the present moment.. clears the mind and connects us to our body .. our home for life taking us away from the busy mind chatter & into a nice serene calm space 😍
