Our BIG NEWS is here….🎉🎉

EmpowHER 2.0 is coming!! 👯‍♀️💪🏼

Almost three years ago, we opened our doors with a vision: a space where women feel strong, comfortable and confident in the gym. Today, that vision is growing bigger than ever…we’re expanding into the unit next door!

Because of YOU, our community has grown beyond anything we imagined. The demand for a female-only gym has been incredible, and we’re so proud to be building something so powerful together.

More space. More sessions. More opportunities to train, connect, and support each other.

This next chapter is all about leveling up - and we’re just getting started. We can’t wait to welcome even more amazing women into the EmpowHER community and continue making it the go-to space for women’s fitness in Norwich.
