Olly's relationship with wood has developed from the age of 6, when he and his brother Kierin (search 'KB Wood Design' on Facebook) were bought a lathe... Love for working with the material, the trees themselves and woodland habitats has stayed with both of them, shaping their livelihoods today. Olly creates furniture, sculpture, garden pieces, kitchenware and an extensive range of other items, al

l from local and reclaimed wood. He also teaches green woodwork at Nurture by Nature Forest School, near Attleborough in Norfolk.

Swarming season is upon us, and the honeybees need homes! Get in touch if you would like a handmade horizontal top bar hive, lovingly made in the Hollow for natural beekeeping. We have incorporated tweaks to the design over the years, such as the hinged roof and thick walls, to make life more comfortable for the bees and easier for the beekeeper. £150-£200 depending on materials and design.
