🔥 EPIC EMOM 🔥
Tonight’s session was all about consistency, effort, and pushing through together! 💪
We kicked things off with an EMOM featuring planks and push-ups before a quick breather and then straight into 4 rounds of:
🏃 Short run
⏭️ Skips
💥 Dumbbell snatches
🔥 Burpees over the dumbbell
(And yes, I had to include this awesome box jump shot from Sunday because it was too good not to share! 📸)
