Here are three things, that if you do them daily, will help you develop other leaders:

1. Ask others what they think

2. Resist the urge to get involved in everything

3. Allow silence to fill the space where you would usually give advice

These are simple tricks that just require some self-awareness and self-management – give them a try and let me know how you get on!
