Rudheath Bowls

Rudheath Bowls All the Family can play Crown Green Bowls, from Grandchildren to Grandparents and it is a great sport for making new Friends.

The Bowling Green was first constructed in 1885, Then in 1904 Rudheath bowling club became one of the founder members of the Mid Cheshire bowling league. For part of the next 100 years they were known as Farmers Arms Bowling club. But with the pub shutting its doors in 2004 the long history of the club was put in doubt until Rudheath Sports and social club came to the rescue, over the following ye

ars with volunteers providing manpower the green and surrounding area was transformed into what has now become one of the counties top venues. Now from the start of the 2016 season a new era beckons with further development in the pipeline, this opportunity will have a mayor positive impact in the community as a whole
