We would like to give a huge thank you to everyone who had entered our Charity Event Competition in aid of St Luke's (Cheshire) Hospice last weekend, also thank you to all the families and friends who came along to give support. We would also like to thank all our sponsors and most importantly we would like to thank our club members (you know who you are !) for volunteering and supporting us because without you our charity day would not have been the success it was.
Sue Dewison and I visited St Luke's Hospice this afternoon to present our cheque to them, we raised £1,250 which will help to give care and support for patients in this area of Cheshire.

We would like to thank all the players who entered our charity event for St Luke's Hospice and all those who came to support.
A special thanks goes out to all our club members who worked very hard to make this such a successful day.
We will advise over the coming days on how much money you helped us to raise for our chosen charity.
We are very grateful for all the sponsorship we received which covered the prize money.
A big thank you to Ben from Great Budworth Ice-Cream Farm who generously donated, also the Winners and Runners-up who very kindly donated to the Charity.
Thank you to members and non members who donated items for our hampers and prizes.

Hi Everyone for all those who are playing in our charity event tomorrow the temperature will be between 23 and 27 degrees.
We have put up few gazebo's and parasols around the green but you are very welcome to bring your own parasols or large brollies anything to keep you shaded from the sun.
We look foward to seeing you all tomorrow.

Not long now until our Charity Bowls Competition 😄
I would like to give you the latest update on our Event.
We would like to advise that there will be no alcoholic drinks sold on the day but you are very welcome to bring your own.
We will be selling NON ALCOHOLIC drinks along with tea,coffee, bottled water, soft drinks and juices

Time slots for the St Luke's Charity Bowls Comp. on Saturday 27th June.at Winnington Park Bowls Club.
Games start from 10a.m.
There will be bacon/sausage batches available from 9.30 a.m.until 12 noon.
Cold batches/cakes available all afternoon, tea & coffee available all day.
Alcoholic drinks from 11.30 a.m.
Plenty of raffle prizes and hampers to win, all in aid of a good cause.

We have one space that has become available, if you are interested, please contact me on the number below, its for a great cause.
St Luke's, Winsford is the legacy of hospice care and would not exist without the public help. This event will help raise funds for them.
