No more guessing which days we’re running 🙌

To give everyone (including my social calendar) a bit more consistency, we’re locking in a permanent slot.

📍 The New Routine: Mondays @ 6:30 PM (Starting June 1st!)

I’ll always set the route beforehand, and we have the best community of “sole mates” ready to step up and lead the run if I’m ever away.

Keep an eye out for more collabs & special events too (obviously!)

The Powerpuff Girls take on Red Bull Wing’s For Life World Run 👯‍♀️

With 100% of proceedings going to help find a cure for spinal cord injury, The Wings for Life World Run has one simple motto - to run for those who can’t.

We took on the (about) 2.4k loop of the Hill Dickinson Stadium, running as far as we could until the ‘catcher car’ caught up with us. Not to brag, but we all didn’t get caught 💅

Gorgeous day out with Stride Run Club organised by ✌🏻

PS. Matching running outfits make you a faster running girly. Fact.

We’ll be joining our friends over at Stride Run Club taking on the Red Bull Wings for Life run on 10th May. If you’d like to get involved, send us a DM!

& we’ll also be seeing the long awaited return of Sisters Who Sip at Whillows - let’s pray the weather is on our side this time! Keep your eyes peeled for more info 🥂

Better late than never, right?

Here’s what’s happening in April:
1. The Croissant Club will continue every Thursday morning in the DAYLIGHT.
2. All evening runs will now begin at 6:30pm to allow for a bit more ‘me time’ when you return home!
3. A group of us are taking on the Tatton 10k - places still available! DM if you want to join x
4. We’ve teamed up with Stride Run club for a collab at the one and only Coald, Tarporley - rumour has it some special guests will be joining us too 👀 keep an eye out for more info.
5. Due to some weekend run plans, there aren’t many evening runs - sorry about this!

If you don’t know already - you don’t need to book (unless it’s a special occasion!) just turn up to the meeting point on the appropriate time/ date! And I’d recommend joining our WhatsApp for live updates in case the weather stinks.

Evening Run Update! 🏃🏽‍♀️

After a quick group vote, we’ve decided to move all evening runs to a 6:30PM start. This should give everyone a bit more evening ‘me time’ when you get home!

The April schedule is coming your way very soon (better late than never, right?).

Oh my goodness, what a morning.

I can’t believe I’ve been presented with the first ever Hartford Civic Society Certificate of Recognition for Hartford Sole Sisters.

The Croissant Club is a non-negotiable normally & this morning I was powering through my expense forms (so I decided against running) when my mum rang “Hannah, you’ve messed everything up. You’re not where you’re supposed to be. Get up and get dressed”. Thought I was in serious trouble (I’m 32).
“Is joggers okay?” “Yes. Just get dressed”

I’m actually so emotional, and I can’t believe what’s happened. Thank you to everyone who supports the Sole Sisters, to each and every one of you who shows up to push yourself week on week. I’m so proud of the little community we have created 🫶🏻

A huge shoutout to The Stores Delicatessen Hartford for constantly providing us with our post run coffees, cakes and goodies. They make every stride worth it.

Brb, crying again because I’m so mortified by my outfit & so overwhelmed this has happened.

The March schedule is officially live ✨

Here’s what’s coming up:

• March 8th: International Women’s Day! 🌸 No set distance yet-I’m planning a mix of km’s on the day to suit whoever shows up.

• March 12th: Our very first Sisters Who Sip at Whillows Distillery! More information on the specific post!

• Croissant Club: There’s still a 7:30am on the 12th for the morning crew who can’t make the evening run. 🥐

• 10km Special: Added this in for everyone chasing those big 2026 goals! 🏃‍♀️

The collab of you’ve been waiting for is finally here! 🥂

We are so excited to officially team up with Anna & John at Whillows Distillery for our very first SISTERS WHO SIP on 12th March.
If you know me, you know how much I love this spot-it’s been such a perfect addition to the village since it opened!

Let’s be honest: post-run drinks just hit different! 🏃‍♀️🍸

• Join us for a pre-sip loop (not mandatory, but highly encouraged!).
• Meet us at Whillows for a speciality Sole Sisters cocktail, discounted drinks & more!
