If every check-in sounds like:

“I couldn’t stick to the plan this week” or “I’ll be more on it next week”

At some point you have to realise it’s not the schedule, it’s your standards and effort level.

Your expectations and reality, need refocusing.

And this might sound harsh but it’s the truth, week on week excuses are always going to continue. You set the standards, you set the targets, you put in the work!!!

Here is a photo me looking a box of three PHAT cakes that I couldn’t eat post show- because we still have work to do in order to keep progressing this show season👀 did I want the cakes yes, will it help me get where I want to? No.

We stick to the plan. Do the work, and achieve that end goal.

This photo represents 11kg of fat loss.
And while I’m incredibly proud of what I achieved through my bodybuilding prep so far, it reinforces something important: discipline and lifestyle are not the same thing!

Getting to this stage required:
🍓Tracking every gram of food
🤗Having my routine on LOCK 
🥳Limiting social events
🧚🏻Managing fatigue and hunger daily
💅Structuring my life around a very specific goal

Could I do it? Absolutely.

When you truly commit to something and follow through consistently, you’re capable of FAR more than you think.

I want women to understand: Just because you can achieve something doesn’t mean it’s the lifestyle you want to maintain.

The physique in this photo was built for a purpose: stepping on stage.

Most women I work with don’t want their lives to revolve around food scales, cardio sessions, and chasing the leanest version of themselves.
They want to feel strong, confident, healthy, happy, energised, to be able to support themselves and their families!

They want results that fit around their life, not results that require their life to revolve around them.

Long-term success comes from building habits you can actually sustain., your goal should be something you can live and enjoy at the same time.

Your DREAM body is behind all of this 🤗💛

Your dream body isn’t your dream body if you can’t live your life and enjoy it.

The goal was never to build a physique that requires you to skip every social event, or fear a meal out.

The relationship you have with yourself is super important and being overly obsessed with your physique is only going to take away from that value.

Build a body that lets you live fully, not one that forces your life to revolve around maintaining it.

Your physique shouldn’t have to choose between fitness and memories, we want to focus on sustainability and balance with results that you can maintain while supporting your health and mental well-being too !!! 🩷

A few points here I think are beneficial for nutrition, especially if you’re wanting to really start afresh 🍓🥦🍔🍣🍯🧀🍒

Start simple, stay consistent and build structure!

Healthy eating is an act of self-worth.

Preparing nutritious meals, fuelling your body properly, and caring about what you consume is long-term investment in your health.

It’s a little wild I used to avoid the weights section because I felt so intimidated and was worried I’d get “too muscly”

I would follow instagram or YouTube workouts with a few dumbbells or bodyweight, hoping to create more of a “toned” looked - soon realising that wouldn’t happen without weight training and looking after my diet.

I took advise from coaches in the gym, and then fell in love with the training, new routine and coming to the gym, lifestyle changes, nutrition changes where I felt better in myself and then and THE confidence that came with it.

In consults I hear this all the time, girls worried about gaining weight, having too much muscle, or doing so much work in the gym but seeing NO results.

My focus is to help women change their health, physique and mindset, knowing HOW and why to create that change!
