If every check-in sounds like:
“I couldn’t stick to the plan this week” or “I’ll be more on it next week”
At some point you have to realise it’s not the schedule, it’s your standards and effort level.
Your expectations and reality, need refocusing.
And this might sound harsh but it’s the truth, week on week excuses are always going to continue. You set the standards, you set the targets, you put in the work!!!
Here is a photo me looking a box of three PHAT cakes that I couldn’t eat post show- because we still have work to do in order to keep progressing this show season👀 did I want the cakes yes, will it help me get where I want to? No.
We stick to the plan. Do the work, and achieve that end goal.
