Happy bank holiday everyone 🫶

The summer holidays are over - it’s time to get our fitness levels back and wave bye bye to the summer holiday treats 💪

We all know the first week back is going to hurt (a little 🤭) but we’ve got each other to push through -let’s do this !!!!! 🩷

Mon 31st Aug - Polish club - no class as it’s BHOL

Tues 1st Sept - Polish club
* zumba 6.30-7.15 pm

Wed 2nd Sept - Hartford Church hall
* clubbercise 6.15-7.00pm

Thurs 3rd Sept - Hartford Church hall
* Empower 6.45-7.30pm

The last week of classes in the summer holidays (before I take a cheeky weeks rest), and thankfully the temperatures have dropped so we can kick more ass 💪🔥 If that changes then the pistol is on standby 💦 🔫

Please book your classes no later than the evening before, when I’ll check if we have enough ladies around, if not I’ll move any bookings to another suitable date 🩷
