Smooth Gym Northwich Club Smooth Gym Northwich is a state of the art assisted exercise centre, offering a cosy ladies only environment to customers throughout the local area.

Come and join our ladies only gym, Our members age from age 16 years upto 84 years old. We specialise in assisted exercise equipment that can help increase fitness, mobility, strength and energy levels. Our equipment can also prevent alleviate or reduce the risk of many common health problems including Arthritis, low back pain, cardio vascular disease, asthma and many more. Each assisted exercise

machine is specially designed to exercise more than one body part at the same time, halving the time it takes to see the results. Just two to three 30 minute sessions per week is all it takes to see great results. Memberships
All our memberships allow full peak access to the club
Free body composition analysis - this is to analysis your body fat and muscle mass. Free Tea & Coffee in our lounge
Free classes which include Zumba Gold and Pilates

A fab day had by all today on our afternoon out to Anderton boat lift & river cruise & then The Moorings for lunch. Happy birthday Rita. Nothing ever runs to plan we was renamed Smooth Gin at the booking at the boat lift, boat lift broke down for a good 30 minutes while we were on boat lift & late for lunch haha. Fab day had by all lol. 😎😎😎🙈🙈🙊🙊🎂🎂🛳⛴⛴ ###

Just a note to say was very sad to lose one of our own so suddenly. She was a gorgeous lady. The service today was amazing & everything she deserved. Rest in peace Katherine Buckley back with ur husband. U will be missed. 😍❤❤💙💚💛💜 ###
