I would like to introduce myself to any mums who don’t already know me! šŸ™‹šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø I am a personal trainer specialising in pre and postnatal exercise. I can come to your house and train you in your own space so no need to organise childcare or squeeze travel time to and from anywhere!

I work with mums who are
✨pre and post natal (up to 34-36 weeks) trimester specific
✨before and after hysterectomy
✨post abdominal hernia repair - with and without mesh
✨struggling with anxiety
✨post abdominoplasty
✨post re**us diastasis repair
✨diagnosed (or yet to be) with a diastasis recti
✨suffering with pelvic floor issues

Whether you’re a complete beginner or wanting to get back into the gym / back to running etc, but not sure where to start or think you cannot because of any of the above, I am your Gal!

Well I don’t know about you, but I feel like I’m only just getting back into the swing of things since the kids went back! (I blame the snow!)

I have some spaces available! Yay! So if you’re looking to stay active and feel stronger during pregnancy, or rebuild strength and confidence postpartum - I am here to guide you safely through the process! šŸ™‹šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø I specialise in trimester specific exercise, and evidence based postnatal recovery. I train at my private space, at your house if childcare is an issue, or at gym in Northwich šŸ¤

My pre school spaces are still fully booked (please get in touch if you would like to go on the waitlist) however, I have 3 spaces during school hours across Tuesday/ Wednesday / Friday.

Equally, if you’re not a new mum but you’re feeling like you can’t get started/ back into a training routine, I can help!

Bookings are taken on a 6/10/12 week block. I am super flexible because… well… you know - mum life 🤣🤪 and you can book 1 holiday week working each block if you need to!

Sometimes maintenance isn’t the goal - but it’s still an achievement!

The photo on the left is April and on the right was this month. I hardly trained over Summer which is usually normal to be out of routine when the kids are off school. But then with moving house in September and everything that goes with that, on top of life and work, I’ve struggled to get back to my routine until last week really.
Growing up in a society that promotes ā€˜fad’, quick fix, unsustainable diets which leads to yo-yo dieting, I feel proud when I see the pictures together! I get anxious and feel like a fraud during periods of time that I don’t practice what I preach, but I’ve shown up when I could and it makes the difference! When I look back, I’ve done more exercise than I thought at the time, trying to reach my step goals, jogs and home workouts if I can’t make the gym etc. I actually think I look leaner now than April but not sure if it’s the leggings or the fact I’m stood further away from the mirror 🤣

If you’re feeling the same, and in a phase of life that means you don’t always prioritise you - do what you can, walks with kids/ dogs, home workouts (YouTube it if you need inspo) - it does more than you think and it’s not about short term - it’s a long life journey than prolongs your life! šŸ™ŒšŸ¼

Still very grateful to have a sanctuary like to escape to, that helps keep me sane … ish 🤣🤪

I’m Rachel, mum of 3, and a pre and postnatal personal trainer!

I help mums get back into fitness and into a routine that suits you and your circumstances. I can come to your home to train you, I train in a private gym space and also at The Strong Girl Collective šŸ™ŒšŸ¼

I understand how hard it can be to stick to a routine when, as a family, your routine changes regularly! Whether you are trying to get back to a fitness level or starting from scratch, I can help!

Pregnancy and labour weakens our pelvic floors, our core muscles and softens our joints so that our bodies can do what they need to. This however, can lead to injury and back pain. It is important that your strengthen these areas in a safe way so that you limit injury and are able to chase after your little ones without pain!

Strong muscles = longevity of life!

šŸ’—I can train you in my favourite gym ever

I specialise in pre and postnatal training and can help you strengthen your core and pelvic floor that become weakened during this time, as well as increase overall fitness, increase confidence and help you find yourself again (if you feel a little lost and not yourself, this is totally normal!) Routine and consistency can be hard with little people to look after and I can help you with hints, tips and encouragement that I find work for me with my 3!

✨BACK! ✨ and humbled 🤣

First time in the gym today for 3 weeks! Possibly 4 🫠 Felt SO good to be back in my favourite place today! A chaotic 3 weeks moving house (twice 🫣) and having Teddy off school at the same time has meant I just haven’t prioritised me. I’ve felt like a fraud! But sometimes with 3 kids and life, this happens! The most important thing is to pick up and continue and not give up! I had to take my weights down by about 5kg all round but that’s ok! We move! Looking forward to some me time over the Easter hols!
