Easter doesn’t need to turn into an all-or-nothing situation 🐣🍫

As a coach, here’s the reality:
You don’t need to “earn” your chocolate… and you definitely don’t need to punish yourself for enjoying it.

Here’s how to keep your day balanced 👇

🍳 Anchor your meals
Start with high-protein, high-fibre meals (eggs, yogurt, lean protein, veg, fruit).
This keeps hunger in check so chocolate stays a choice, not a binge.

🏋️ Move your body
Train, go for a long walk, or just stay active.
Not to burn calories—but to keep your routine and feel good.

🍫 Be intentional with treats
Don’t graze all day.
Sit down, enjoy your chocolate properly, and actually taste it.

💧 Nail the basics
Hydration, regular meals, and decent sleep = better appetite control.

⚖️ Zoom out
One day doesn’t change your physique.
But your mindset around it? That matters.

The goal isn’t perfection, it’s consistency over time.

Enjoy Easter. Eat the chocolate. Stay balanced.

Core Strength Seminar at Brio Northwich 🔥

Really enjoyed hosting yesterday’s seminar on how to properly strengthen your core - not just endless sit‑ups, but real, functional strength that carries over into sport and everyday movement.

Huge thank you to everyone who came down, got involved, asked questions, and pushed themselves. The energy in the room was great.

- Front loading the weight.
- Raised heels.
- Sit lower.

Next steps… keep the chest up and open!

But all of a sudden, we are sitting deeper and finding more taking. Better technique with more benefits!
