Yesterday was all about our incredible Davenham Dynamos U11s. After a fantastic showing at the Sandbach United Tournament, where the boys battled their way to the Cup semi-finals and were unlucky to miss out in a very close game, we came together for their end of season presentation.

The ceremony wasn’t just about trophies and awards, it was about celebrating a special group of players who have worked hard, supported each other, and grown together throughout an amazing season. Every single one of them should be immensely proud of what they’ve achieved.

🖤💛 Davenham lightning u13s 💛🖤

Last game of the season for our girls this year and they faced a very determined witton team and what a game it was!

Our girls took an early lead from a corner from Jj which created an own goal. This was soon followed by a second goal from Mimi. Witton didn’t back down pushed our defence to the limit and soon found the goal themselves they bagged 2 goals seeing the game back level. This lit a fuse to our girls determination, especially Mimi who went on to score another 4 goals 😱 isla sealed the game with another fantastic game finisher which ended the game 7-2.

What a season the girls have had they finish 2nd in the league again this year thanks to their amazing effort throughout the season! Every single one of them a stars in their own rights! I’m extremely proud that we get to work along side you all! As we say farewell to the U13 season we look forward to seeing what you can do in the U14s season 26/27 watch this space!

Congratulations to Sam, Lucas and Stan for their performances in the Davenham Under 7s first 5 a side Saturday matches this weekend 🏆 after playing in the new 3v3 format all year. These boys listened to the coaches and adapted to this new format really well 👏

🖤💛 Davenham lightning U13 💛🖤

The girls had a friendly today against Holmes chapel due to low numbers for Holmes chapel, so we shared some of our players so the girls got to play!

Robyn, Vick and Hannah agreed to help out Holmes chapel today and really gave it their all and put our other girls under pressure! Ella and Am did a half for each team and were equally impressive. Thanks for being such good sports to all 5 girls it really helped today!

We also got to try out our new girls and we were very impressed by all 3 they were fantastic through out their time on the pitch and I can’t wait to see more of them over the summer season. And well done to all our girls today for working as a fantastic team, showing amazing skills and being so welcoming to the new girls.

GOTG went to one of our new stars Tallulah she was fantastic, composed on the ball, made some fantastic space and passes she looked like she had been in the team from day 1. Can’t wait to see you play more.
