We’ve been very lucky with the weather today, as we’re having the courts professionally cleaned and treated by Nigel from The Complete Tennis Court Service.

The courts had become very mossy with the damp weather over the last two years - a good clean makes all the difference!

A wonderful day of tennis at Northleach LTC yesterday!

Our Men’s Doubles Final saw Rich & Stew overcome Sam & Tom by 2 very hard-fought sets 7-5 6-4.

Rich & Sam then returned to court to play out a high standard, and closely fought, Men’s Singles Final which saw Sam triumph 7-5 6-4.

We then had our annual ‘American Style’ Tennis tournament. Players enjoyed a lovely summer’s afternoon in lots of closely contested matches. Sam and Graham finishing the eventual winners.

We all then enjoyed a well-earned BBQ & refreshments. Well done to everyone that took part.

ONCE A BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE, WITH A £10 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, YOU MUST COLLECT A KEY FROM THE COTSWOLD STORES (BUDGENS) OR FRUITCAKES. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU RETURN THE KEY PROMPTLY.

The Northleach Tennis Club AGM will be held on Thursday 21st March at 7:30 pm in the back barn at The Curious Wine Cellar.

All members and prospective members are welcome to attend.

Happy New Tennis Season!!

Fancy taking up tennis? Not played for a while and fancy getting back into it? Just moved to the area and looking for a club?

Northleach Tennis Club is a friendly club that promotes the playing of tennis for all ages - juniors, seniors and rusty returners!
