Just a reminder ravers that there is no class tonight as it's Bank Holiday Monday and the school is closed 🚫
Hope you are enjoying your extra-long weekend whatever you have been up too.

If you don't want to miss your glow fix this week and fancy a RAVE, then you can come and join us this Thursday at 7pm at Caroline Chisholm School.

It will be an evening of music, movement, sweat n glow. Don't miss your chance to glow this week.

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who has been clubbing through the summer holidays ☀️💛
We experienced our hottest summer to date, with some seriously warm, sweaty but fun classes. But you've continued to show up, keep glowing and stayed committed & still managed to bring the energy each week.

I appreciate every one of you for your dedication, support, enthusiasm & smiles.
Thank you for continuing to glow no matter what the weather has thrown at us.

Now September is here, the schools are back, routines are returning & we are still continuing to GLOW.

I can't wait to keep glowing , hopefully recruiting some extra raver also.
Let's hit that club dance floor and make September our best month yet.

Nor should it be something you are clock watching for it to finish, ( quite the opposite at my sessions, you'll be wondering how time went so quickly ) , something you don't ever want to do again.....
