After 10 incredible years of running Brawny’s Bootcamp, it’s time for a new chapter. The name no longer reflects what I do, as I’ve moved away from bootcamps and into a more holistic approach to health and lifestyle.

So, I’m excited to announce that from NOW, my business will be known as The Brawny Effect — a phrase many of you have used to describe the positive transformation they’ve experienced through training with me. It feels like the perfect fit for what we’re building together.

Unfortunately, due to a Facebook rule violation back in 2021 (no idea what I did 🤷🏻‍♂️), I need to create an entirely new page — which means saying goodbye to 10 years of content, reviews, and memories.

So from now I’ll be posting through my new account on both Facebook & Instagram.

So please go give the pages a follow & keep your eyes peeled for some give aways….. 👀

1️⃣0️⃣ Years of Sweat, Swearing & Smiles 💜

Today marks 10 years since I started my little personal training and bootcamp business and what an incredible journey it’s been. Running this business solo hasn’t always been easy; there have been plenty of highs and a fair few challenges along the way. But through it all, I’ve grown not just as a trainer and business owner, but as a person. I’m so proud of how far this journey has come.

To my amazing clients, past and present! Thank you for being such a huge part of this. Some of you have come and gone, and others have stayed for years, becoming lifelong friends in the process.

Your surprise at Bootcamp today really made me smile 😊 :the Yeti flask, massage voucher, stunning flowers, personalised card and cake… so thoughtful. I feel super appreciated thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and for continuing to trust me with your health, fitness, and wellbeing.

There are some BIG changes on the horizon, so keep your eyes peeled — exciting updates coming very soon 👀

This morning, some of the Brawny’s crew took our fitness beyond the usual workouts with a sunny social walk around the beautiful Pitsford Reservoir, followed by a well-earned brunch.

Just a little reminder that even us personal trainers don’t always have it all together — and that’s okay.

Right now, I’m sitting a few kilos heavier than usual. Some of my clothes don’t fit quite right. My head’s been full, and life’s felt heavier than normal.

The truth is, life doesn’t always go to plan. It throws curveballs, reshuffles your priorities, and tests your resilience. The last few months have been tough in ways I didn’t expect, but I’m still here, doing my best — and that counts.

Yes, I’ve lost a bit of strength and muscle lately. But I haven’t lost my determination. I’m still showing up — just in a different way. The rebuild will come. For now, I’m focusing on what I need most in this season.

Your best won’t always look the same. So please don’t measure yourself against a past version of you. Honour where you’re at now, with compassion and patience.

You don’t need to be perfect — you just need to keep going.

And if you’re in a tough spot too, I see you. You’re not alone. Keep showing up in whatever way you can. Sending strength 💜

A big HUGE thank you to all who donated to our Easter Egg 🪺 appeal on behalf of Northants Children’s Trust!

We managed to collect 157 eggs & they’ve all been dropped off ready for distribution around the county.

We shall again be collecting Easter Egg donations on behalf of Northampton Children’s Trust.

If anyone would like to donate some Easter Eggs they need to be with me for Friday 28th March.

Any of my nationwide clients, happy to have funds transferred to me & I’ll go to the shops to buy the eggs 🤭😉🐣
