WHAT A DAY! A real ‘wow, we actually did that’ moment! Today we hosted our first ever Ladies Touch Tournament. 11 teams, from all over the Midlands landed at our little village rugby club and showed just what makes this sport to special - strong women supporting one another in an environment that just brings joy! Thank you to all to attended and a huge thank you to those who helped us make it happen - we couldn’t have done it without you! 🫶🏻🦡💪🏻

When the idea becomes reality… this team, these girls! 🫶🏻 Hard to believe that only a year ago we had our first ever training session where ladies from all sorts of backgrounds came together to see what this touch rugby lark was all about. Look at us now… a real rugby family showing the power of building each other up and working hard to get better. We might even listen to the coach at times too… looking forward to hosting our first tournament on Sunday! Exciting times ahead 💪🏻🦡

Just when we thought we’d hit the peak of playing on the big stage, gave us an absolute treat with the trophy! What an evening, what a team! 💚🖤💛🦡

This weekend saw us take part in the Super Sunday tournament hosted by Stratford Ladies Touch 💚💛

The rain held off as our ladies put on a strong showing across four fixtures against tough opposition! Our very own AJ also made his refereeing debut making not only himself but the whole squad proud 💪

From first time tries, confident passing and ball carrying, to an impressive support crew; everyone put in a great shift, showing just how far we’ve come!

Well done to for her Player of the Tournament award! Smashing it, as always!!

What a shift our ladies put in today at the latest touch tournament - thank you for hosting! We rocked up with no subs to play 3 games back to back - even managing to win one. Our girls dug deep and worked hard for each other - winning Spirit of the Games for the 2nd time - we couldn’t be prouder 🫶🏻💚💛🦡

What an amazing evening at the ladies touch festival! We had an absolute blast meeting new faces and catching up with familiar ones. The Badgers showed some serious dedication with just 1 sub, and their positive attitudes were truly inspiring. Can’t wait for the next one! 💛💚🦡
