District Cup – Season 2 | Northampton
Final Match Report
Northampton Warriors are proud to have successfully hosted and completed Season 2 of the District Cup, Northampton. It was a fantastic tournament filled with great cricket, sportsmanship and community spirit.
In the final, Moulvibazar District posted 108/1 in 14 overs, led by an excellent unbeaten 51 off 38 balls from Azm Jonny, with Ashraful contributing 24 and Farhan finishing unbeaten on 21.
Sunamganj District chased down the target in 13.1 overs, reaching 109/4 to win by 6 wickets.
The star of the final was Sadiq Bari, who played a superb unbeaten 48 off 29 balls and was deservedly named MVP of the final. Jahan supported him with a crucial 29 of 22. With the ball, Tanbir took 3/35 for Moulvibazar district.
