Do you need a challenge to help you get fitter? How many kilometres can you swim in 30mins over a 10 week Course? Come and join us at moulton college on a Thursday lunchtime between 12 and 1.30pm starting this Sept . We will give encouragement and advise on improving your swimming techniques.

If you are a parent at home with pre school children and want to get fit but don't have time, why not come and join us on a Thursday lunchtime at moulton college. While your child has a fun preschool swim class, you can join in your own lesson to either improve your strokes, fitness or even learn how to swim. Lessons are for 30 minutes, between 12 and 1.30 pm.
