I run a fortnightly Barbell Club which will help with all of this! A small group session for 90 mins where we work on all the moves you can do with a Barbell- from powerlifting (Squat, Bench & Deadlift) to Olympic weightlifting (Clean & Jerk, Sn**ch) , and loads of fun accessory moves to get a full body workout - and feel amazing!
A welcoming, supportive and fun environment, any experience level is welcome.
