I have just presented a mental well-being session for the NHS Diabetes Prevention Scheme. One thing that stands out from this lesson is that we need to be kinder to ourselves. Negative words will lead to negative thoughts, negative feelings, and negative behaviours. Swap that around and use kinder words to ourselves; we get positive thoughts, positive feelings, and positive behaviour, which will impact your goals in a far better way. Be kind to yourself and see better results.

The end of an era creates a new one. Mpower Fitness And Coaching is rebranding to Darren Mills PT and Diabetes Coach. My Instagram handle will be darrenmillspt. For the past year, I have been running my personal training business and working for the NHS as a diabetes prevention specialist. The new business name reflects everything I do. Nothing will change within the business or what I do, apart from the name change.

Here's to the future and helping many more people become the healthiest and happiest they can be.
