TISKA Karate Duston Duston TISKA Shotokan Karate club trains at St Luke's Community Centre, Duston, Thursday evening. Club instructor is Miss K Lovell, 6th Dan.

This is a non contact traditional karate style suitable for age 4 upwards, great for families and individuals. Shotokan Karate is a non contact style and is therefore siutable for all ages and all abilities and fitness levels. It is excellent for self confidence and fitness. The club is part of TISKA, a large international organisation lead by Sensei G Sahota 8th Dan international instructor. The

club is run by Miss K Lovell 4th Dan instructor with 20 years experience.We offer a 4 week free trial, no joining fee and no special equipment needed. Feel free to come along and try it out

Congratulations to all those those that successful in their grading and a big warm thank you to all of those that weren't grading but offered so much support.
