Emotions built up yesterday seeing Tyson honouring Ricky Hatton, also knowing that April 11th was the date Ricky was due to fight in Dubai .

One thing I have is knowing I am part of the legacy that Ricky built to help people gain confidence, better themselves , to go on and help others in the world of Boxing for Fitness.

Pictures of when I qualified as an Elite boxing Hatton fitness coach with Blain and Charlotte as the coaches on that weekend.

One of the best things I have done in life- legacy will be carried forever . As oasis say “Live forever” one of Ricky fav songs.

The second pic was the fundamental group of coaches and the first pic was all us qualifying as Elite coaches.

9 years ago the legend Richard Bustillo passed on to another journey

A guy I was soooo lucky to meet and had the opportunity to have Mr Bustillo to train us all at A,g’s in Kettering

Thoughts are to the legend family, never forgotten

Bonus we was together in the Martial Arts Illustrated too 😂😂😂

I am looking to walk 30 miles during April. This is to raise money for Macmillian nurses

Many of us know family and friends who have needed Macmillian at some point.

I know two people who are on Stage 4 with Cancer at this moment. We never know when / hopefully won’t need them

Macmillian Nurses help people with all types of cancers and I am asking if you will share my page and if possible donate while I complete this 30 mile walk

I have seen a lot people want to know why and what is Winter Solatice

I am in to all about the earth, sun, planet , living as health as possible and more

Tonight I will do my breathing the same as I did this morning, keep your lungs healthy, so many benefits doing. Meditate , drink water

In January I normally do a 30 day cleanse, starting the year and beyond with an even better gut health and digestive system.

I decided to start my 30 day end of November because I thought why wait until January.

I am on day 26 and I think if you want change why wait until a certain event, or time of year.

Should be a lifestyle and if you have goals then why wait and fill your body up with crap ingredients etc - 80/20 lifestyle

Clean food and movement is key and stay away from stress which can be hard.

People moan daily and wish they was lighter, toned, have more money, less stress, don’t like there body or job who they are around- the only thing is YOU can change it.

What to know more- please message me and pass this to others you may think will benefit weight management, gut health, learn to eat healthy , and so much more
