Just bring yourself & a smile… 😊💚 I have been teaching Clubbercise in the community for nearly 10 years now, and I am still loving every part of it. I pride my classes on their friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I offer a judgement free space to come into and let go. Life can be tough and there is nothing more important than creating time for yourself. So come and join us, for fun, giggles, movement and of course the music!!
