Aqua HIIT is a high intensity interval training class that alternates short periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods. The buoyancy properties of the water allow you to work at a higher level with less impact on your body.

PRIZE DRAW FOR APRIL will now be including classes taken in May as well

because of the bank holidays in May I’ll be doing the draw for last months prize of the hooded towelling robe at the end of May instead, which will give more of you the chance to be in it to win!. The next draw will be at the end of June and will be for a bath sheet towel embroidered with the aqua Zumba logo

This months free prize draw will be an aqua Zumba printed toweling robe
To be in with the chance of winning all you have to do is attend at least 4 classes during April, I will include Monday 30th March as there’s no class on bank holiday Monday.
