Hello All!

I’m hosting a free event, to help introduce more women to the game! It’s aimed at ALL ladies - from ladies that have never played before, to more advanced players. We will all mix in and learn from each other. If you’re a lady on this chat, please sign up! And if you’re a man, but have a girlfriend/wife/sister/mum who might like to try squash in a relaxed environment… please sign them up!!

My aim is to get as many ladies playing Squash together as possible, all connecting and learning from each other – so, please feel free to come along if you have never played or even seen Squash before, or whether you are an advanced player. We will all mix in!

Good luck this weekend to these two Lings Squash juniors. They are competing in the England Squash Lincoln Silver event. This is a highly levelled competition with top talent from all over the country competing. May 16th and 17th

Martha Waterson Girls Under 13’s - New to the age group Martha is seeking to lay some ground work and set up for next seasons push to achieve great things at other events.

Joseph Underwood Boys Under 15’s - After a strong season Joseph has made great strides in his first year of the age category. Already an impressive 12th in the national rankings. He returns to this competition after winning it last year in U13’s.

If you know any junior looking to start a sport and wants to be fit/healthy and mentally strong then please get in touch with us and come along on Saturday mornings to train. Loads of fun, make friends and become more confident in everything they do.

What a morning at Lings Squash club Saturday Juniors! 💙💚

This week our youngsters were joined in addition to our fabulous coaches by England Masters and England Junior players for a brilliant morning of coaching, fun court activities, mini comps, training and plenty of smiles!

We even squeezed in a little photo shoot too! 📸

All sessions are led and supported by fully enhanced DBS-checked coaches, creating a safe, fun and welcoming space for all. Inclusivity is at the heart of our club, where players of all ages, abilities and backgrounds are welcomed, supported and encouraged to enjoy squash.

New juniors welcome! Come and give squash a try — parents can grab a coffee & cake while we wear them out! ☕😄
