He’s also Head of Member Experience, taking his years of corporate and small business experience to help drive ‘etc’ to be a better place for you, and us.

Above all of this, he’s an exceptional human and we’re honoured to have him part of what we do.

He’s been aligned with us since day one and we’re so happy to have him with us.

We are conscious not to ‘single out’ particular people in our community and often anymore, as we have so many amazing, inspiring and kind members, doing great things…

Members going through difficult situations and troubling times - some are publicly known, some are not.

It’s why we expect kindness and humility from the people that train with us 🙏

We are so grateful that the above happens, and it’s instilled into our culture.

Fizz has been a pillar of our Community for many years - and we are incredibly lucky to have such an exceptional person part of ‘etc’.

She’s had a slightly more ‘character building’ year in 2026, and we just wanted to say - “you got this, and we appreciate you”
