TACKLING ANXIETY BOOT CAMP (1-1) SESSIONS FOR CHILDREN!

Ooh I have 3 spots left to fill on this! I haven’t advertised except via word of mouth, so here’s the chance on Facebook for the last 3 spots.

5 individual sessions over the summer (1-2 a week) 1 can happen in September if required. Learn about the brain and how anxiety works and impacts you. Learn some quick fixes for managing anxiety and explore what trips and triggers you to help you going forward

I will be keeping the therapeutic fire burning through lockdown. This time, I will continue to see people outside, maybe sheltering under the band stand or in my wild life hides (one each), on zoom, or in the office with strict protocols in place.
