ighty Monkeys program - an age specific class for ages 4-6 teaching all the skills your mighty monkey needs for full martial arts class. We follow these classes with ITF Taekwon-Do, delivered in a family friendly manner to all ages 6+. Then finally our Kickboxing class for ages 13+. PROACTION Northampton is led by Mr Nicholson (V Dan), a very experienced Martial Artist with an extensive competition career. Mr Nicholson holds coaching qualifications in Taekwon-Do, Kickboxing and Boxing. His energy and enthusiasm for teaching is infectious making these classes great fun whilst being tough, educational and addicitve!
