Another great week at the club, continuing to push boundaries, test our strengths, and develop both on and off the mats. Progress comes from consistent effort, and it’s great to see everyone challenging themselves and growing every session.

Another strong men’s private session today. 👊

The fellas have been working hard, pushing through pyramid drills and building towards some huge targets — 2,500 punches, 500 kicks, and 9 squats. Add in technical sparring and it’s been a demanding but rewarding journey.

What stands out most isn’t just the numbers achieved, but the dedication, discipline, and growth shown by both of them. It’s great to see their confidence, technique, fitness, and mindset continuing to develop with each session.

Proud of the effort they’re putting in and the progress they’re making. Keep up the excellent work, gentlemen — every session is moving you closer to your goals. 💪🥋

Another great session today with a strong focus on grading preparation for the final time this week. Everyone worked hard and showed excellent effort as we continue building confidence and sharpening techniques ahead of grading.

Another great kickboxing session today! 👊🔥

Our teens were pushed hard with pyramid drills, testing their fitness, focus, and determination. They rose to the challenge and kept pushing through every round. 💪

The men stepped up the pace, working on grading-related combinations on the Thai pads, sharpening their technique, power, and timing. Excellent effort all round and great progress being made.

🔥 Another fantastic kickboxing session today! 🔥

The juniors kicked things off with a fun hand-eye coordination game, getting everyone switched on and ready to train! 👊🎯

Our ladies and Home Ed groups worked hard on their pyramid drills, showing great teamwork, balance, and determination. 💪🔺

There was also a huge focus on syllabus combinations today, with lots of sharp, technical work as everyone prepares for grading on Saturday. The effort and commitment on display were outstanding! 🥊🔥

A special welcome to Leo, who stepped into sparring for the first time today! 👏 Great attitude, courage, and willingness to learn — we’re excited to see your progress.
