In this crisis we are yet to see the facts and understandings in closure of gyms.

We make sure hygiene is our main priority and sanitation is used after every use, social distancing rules are adhered to. Face masks are worn by our staff. Temperatures are taken upon entry.

We unite with other gyms around the country to support for our mental and physical wellbeing.

As lockdown looks to continue for the foreseeable... Im now offering virtual PT sessions to keep us motivated and moving until we can get back in the gym.
The sessions will be 30 minutes at a cost of £10.
I can adapt and mix up the sessions based on your equipment you have a available at home..
