Pro Martial Arts was established and opened in March 2013 by our Chief Instructor Tracy Edghill. We are a family-orientated Martial Arts club that teaches Lau Gar Kung Fu and Kickboxing by a team of dedicated instructors whom each have a wealth and depth of knowledge spanning 30 years. Our classes are open to Adults and Children and we have our own Ladies-only sessions too. We cater for all fitnes

s levels and for beginners who are starting out on their Martial Arts career. Whether your aim is to achieve good health and fitness or become an elite black belt; we have the program to assist your growth and progress plan.

A great day's training by the PMA massive... The adults were put through a thorough circuit and finished off with some drills that focused on defence and reflexes.... The kids focused on their footwork and kicking combinations.... Improvements can be seen!!!

What a great event at the Northants Open yesterday. A crew of novice fighters took part in their first competition competing under PMA Academy and everyone done themselves proud....

Great workout today in the adults kickboxing class. Solid session on the bag station focusing on technique, combinations and power.
The kids kickboxing class focused on leg conditioning and kicking combos....

New Role Announcement – Referee Development Coordinator

We’re excited to announce that Jacey Cashman has taken on a brand-new role at Kickboxing GB as our Referee Development Coordinator.

Jacey has been a huge part of the kickboxing community for years – as a coach, mentor, and all-round grafter. In this new role, he’ll be working alongside Chief Referee Peter Markland to develop and grow our team of referees across the country.

This is a massive step forward for the sport. Referees are the backbone of competition, and with Jacey leading the charge, we’re aiming to create more opportunities, better training, and stronger support for officials at all levels.

Another one!!! Great sparring by the adults kickboxing class.... Key focus was on footwork and timing of your shots.... There is light at the end of the tunnel.

There will be NO classes on this coming bank holiday Monday.

Another great session this morning put in by the adults kickboxing class. Worked on conditioning, weights and blitzing. A good all round effort.
The kid's had too much fun hitting the press ups today. Today worked on improving their hand and feet combinations and smashed the circuit..
