and entertaining with a variety of rhythms including salsa, merengue, samba, belly dancing, cumbia, flamenco, reggaeton, and more! Zumba breaks away from the typical 32-count aerobic format and uses the passion of the music as it was meant to be experienced. Even those with two left feet

are successful in a Zumba class because of the natural flow of the simple steps that radiate though the body in synch with the music.

Tomorrow will be my last Zumba class 😢
Having been a Zumba instructor for over 15 years I feel it’s time to put away my moves.

We will be doing a final charity draw this week so if you have a charity in mind come along for my final class to give them a chance of winning the proceeds from the last two months.

The pic is a throw back to 2013 🤯and I shall be doing some of my favourite routines tomorrow night.

I’d like to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you who has supported my classes over the years. Zumba has been a big part of my life for so long and I will miss it but mostly I will miss you all xx
