This water tank is haped to maximse capacity and fit within the bow of a boat. Made from 316 stainless steel the weld have been pickled for ultimate corrosion resistance. Where practical our tanks are welded with an internal inert gas purge which means stronger welds and limits oxidisation on the reverse of the welded seams. Protecting the inside of the tank from corrosion.

We make marine fuel tanks in all sorts of shapes and sizes here! This pair of saddle tanks measure 4 metres long.
We adjust our construction methods to suit the use and environment the tanks will be installed in. These tanks have been designed so that all welded joints are a fillet or lap joint for strength. The Alloy grade is 5083-H0, meaning all filler rods etc must be compatible with the parent metal. Our machined bosses allow hosetails to be screwed in place for fuel feed and returns.
We make holding tanks out of both aluminium and stainless steel - either to customer drawings or as is often the case, using the original failed tank as a pattern.
