Consistency Our primary aim is for everybody to have the opportunity to take part in sport and feel good about themselves - we work really hard to make this possible! We can help dictate the tone and lead the way by offering an inclusive approach to sport and wellbeing. Meet The Team - Lewis Maitland - Knibb

Sports Coach:

Lewis is a very well rounded athletic member of the Pacesetter team, from competing at national level in trampolining, to coaching in America for 2 years, Lewis has a wealth of knowledge in many sports and even has his qualification in skiing and life guarding.

📸 A different kind of activity at Hall Meadow Holiday Club!

It wasn’t all sport and games this week… 💙

We welcomed the NHFT Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner Team to Hall Meadow, giving the children the chance to take part in some fun, interactive activities all centred around confidence, emotions, resilience and wellbeing. 🌟

For us, a great holiday club is about more than simply keeping children busy and active – it’s about creating an environment where they can have fun, make friends, try new things and grow in confidence.

📣 WE’RE HIRING! – Breakfast & After School Club Leader 📣
Do you love working with children and creating fun, positive experiences? 🙌

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast & After School Club Leader to join the Pacesetter team, working in primary schools across Northamptonshire.

🕗 Part-time, term-time only
📍 Working across local primary schools
📆 Starting ASAP

Your role will include:
⭐ Looking after children during breakfast and after-school clubs
🎨 Setting up and leading fun activities including arts & crafts, games, building activities and sports
🍎 Preparing and serving snacks
👋 Welcoming children and handing them over safely to parents
⛑️ Providing first aid where required

We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has experience working with children
✅ Is enthusiastic, reliable and enjoys helping children have fun
🚗 Has a driving licence, access to a car and is happy travelling between local schools

Qualifications in childcare, First Aid, Safeguarding, Food Hygiene and a current DBS are an advantage, but training opportunities are available, including:

➡️ Emergency First Aid at Work
➡️ Safeguarding
➡️ Food Hygiene

👕 Clothing, activities and equipment are provided.

🌟 Wellbeing at Holiday Club! 🌟

Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome the NHFT Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner Team to our holiday club at Spratton Primary School! 💙

The team delivered a fantastic range of fun, engaging and age-appropriate wellbeing activities for the children, helping them explore important skills around resilience, emotional awareness, confidence and positive coping strategies.

It was great to see the children getting involved, having fun and learning some really valuable skills along the way! 😊🙌

A huge thank you to the team for spending time with us and making wellbeing such an enjoyable part of the holiday club experience.

Meet The Team - Frankie Laxton Junior Sports Coach..

Frankie has coached sports in schools for 2 years delivering various session from the morning until the evening. He has FA Qualifications and has coached youth football for two years. Outside of work, Frankie enjoys playing football and listening to music.

As the weather warms up, we want to make sure all children stay safe, comfortable, and ready for fun at our sports clubs!
✅ Please ensure your child comes with:
👕 Appropriate sports clothing
🧢 A hat for sun protection
💧 A water bottle (clearly named)
🧴 Sun cream applied before arrival
🌡️ Hot Weather Plan
If temperatures rise too high, we will move activities indoors where possible to keep everyone safe while still having lots of fun!
