Consistency Our primary aim is for everybody to have the opportunity to take part in sport and feel good about themselves - we work really hard to make this possible! We can help dictate the tone and lead the way by offering an inclusive approach to sport and wellbeing. Meet The Team - Dan Smedley Lead sports coach.

Dan brings a wealth of experience having earned a degree in Sports Coaching from the University of Gloucestershire and has subsequently worked as a coach for 15 years. He previously worked as an outdoor instructor for 4 years, whilst earning himself a Level 2 Canoe Coaching qualification.

Dan has worked for Pacesetters since 2018 and has become a prominent member of many of the local schools’ PE programmes. He delivers a range of sports sessions and does so with enthusiasm whilst trying to ensure every child is involved.

Dan’s favourite sport is Rugby; he is a Gloucester fan and has played for an array of grassroots teams. He also enjoys cycling and spending quality time doing activities with his children and family

Another term is over and we've had a great few months...and thoroughly enjoyed seeing some sunshine and so have all the children! Our coaches have been fantastic this term and we must praise 2 of our coaches in particular who were voted by the team as Employees of the Spring Term!

Meet the Team - Emma Pavli Senior Manager :

Emma joined Pacesetters in September 2014 and works on the school coaching side of the business as our Club Development Manager. She is a qualified Gymnastics coach and has been coaching and working alongside gymnasts for over 20years. She has coached a number of sports and is passionate about leading an active lifestyle.
