Hi everyone!
�I mentioned recently the idea of starting a weekly adult & child fitness class, and I’d love to put that into place if there’s interest!

Rather than being another club where parents just drop their child off, this is a chance to move and grow together. The aim is to help children who may not feel confident in their bodies recognise what they’re capable of, giving them the power and knowledge to make positive changes to their health, without the pressure of school grades or performance. It’s all about showing that movement is fun, empowering, and something to enjoy rather than fear 💪

At the same time, parents get the opportunity to move, feel stronger, and make a difference to what they see in the mirror, while being a positive role model alongside their child. A great opportunity for both generations to grow, develop, and support each other side by side ❤️

Would Monday at 5:00pm, or Wednesday at 5:00pm, work better for those interested?
