Are you doing strength training?

Lots of women often favour that sweaty cardio and it’s great, BUT by adding in strength training to your weekly routine, get ready to see your results change up for the better!

No- lifting weights won’t make you bulky, because that’s just not in our DNA but it can help you achieve that toned look. Not to mention strengthening your cardio vascular muscle so you can perform better in your favourite cardio exercises.

Strength training also does not have to include lifting weights, you can do body weight training to strengthen up if lifting isn’t your thing!

AB BURN WORKOUT

So today I was going to go to the gym, but instead I decided to do an AB burner instead mid afternoon⬇️

✅10 med ball sit ups
✅20 med ball toe touches
✅15 inverted crunches
✅30 butterfly kicks
✅15 knee pull ins
✅30 scissor kicks
REST
Repeat 3x

AB workouts have got to be my favourite, I also feel they are a really rewarding exercise, as you feel the benefits intensely after as well.

A lil bit about DOMS - Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness🏋🏼‍♀️

The worst feeling after you've done a workout and then when you wake up the next morning you literally cannot walk down the stairs without stumbling, I don't even want to start on all the other daily activities that are agony with doms😂

A lil bit about DOMS - Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness🏋🏼‍♀️

The worst feeling after you've done a workout and then when you wake up the next morning you literally cannot walk down the stairs without stumbling, I don't even want to start on all the other daily activities that are agony with doms😂
