Once again we are back with a gym session voiceover and I’ll be real this cut has got all my pressing movements to nothing 😤

However we do our best to not let it effect the session and push through, for the other movements are still going pretty damn strong.

Unreal Session & Scenes Going On

Thought I’d give this place a try as I’ve been seeing it all over socials recently. Opened on the 29th and was devastated I haven’t been able to go but I made the trip and it was certainly worth it!

Fantastic gym, great atmosphere, great staff and most importantly some brilliant kit. All Hammer Strength and I have to say I’m a massive fan on Hammer Strength kit, all move nicely imo.

If you are around the Northampton area and want to try somewhere new highly recommend. Even if it’s for a day pass check it out!!

Given my split I’m running full body sessions right now so my session was:
Incline Press
Leg Extension
Leg Press
Shoulder Press
Chest Supported Row
Cable Curls
Ab Crunch

Fantastic session to try out the gym. It won’t be the last time I’m there I can assure you!
