HACK OR HYPE?

My new series where I’m going to be testing out different ‘Instagram workouts’ and gym ‘hacks’ to see if they’re worth the hype or not. 🕵🏼‍♀️

A solid 9/10. APPROVED HACK ✅
I actually really like this as I can get a good mind muscle connection, it’s not too much of a faf to set up and it BURNS the right muscles 😮‍💨🔥

Trying to push myself out my comfort zone this year by doing more videos talking to the camera so please be nice lol😅

CIRCUITS & CORE CLASS 🏋🏼‍♀️🔥

Another good class and great effort from everyone on Friday 👏🏼

A full body sweat with the circuits 🥵 finished with some abs/core work at the end 💪🏼
There’s something for everyone in my class whether you want to work on your cardio, endurance, coordination or everything inbetween I got you covered 🫡
There’s different exercises every week that can be adapted to suit any injuries and all abilities! 🤝🏼

Successful first class ✅
Everyone pushed themselves and did really well so I’m a proud coach 👏🏼💪🏼🥰
It’s not always about going 100mph, it’s about showing up and giving it your best, that’s all I can ask for as a trainer 🤝🏼

Mixture of cardio, coordination, strength, & endurance, finished off with some abs/ core for a full body workout 🏋🏼‍♀️
