Here, our wonderful Louise is helping a client improve hip alignment so the right muscles can engage properly. When the pelvis is stable, the core and glutes can do the job they're designed to do - creating better strength, better movement and better results.

With a maximum of just 4 clients per class at The Old Dairy Pilates Studio, there's time for individual guidance, hands-on corrections and personalised support. Because every body is different, and great Pilates should reflect that.
