Hello everyone.

The entry forms are now available for the upcoming NTTL Closed Town Tournament 2026. You can find them here:

This year the venue is our new home at Lings Sports Centre in Weston Favell. We have the main event on Saturday 28th March and the Over 50s and Over 60s events on Sunday 29th March.

We now have the facility for players to enter online, and even pay entry fees online. You can still opt to pay by cheque or bank transfer as well, and even download an old school entry form if you want to. We'd like to encourage you to use the online entry form if possible, even if you choose to pay another way as it really helps with collating all the entries.

The regulations document for each contains a provisional schedule for the day, and we'll be publishing a version once all entries are in and the draw has been completed as things can change. We'll be doing our best to stick to the schedules as always, but as everyone knows it only takes one player to have an outstanding day for the knock on effect to mean times have to be adjusted. All being well we'll get through all the matches with the minimum of fuss and hopefully everyone has a good day.

Start times for both days are 9am, and if you can arrive 15 minutes before any events you are due to be in, that will really help keep things on track.

Yes, it's back. Slicker than Slim Shady and tougher than a T-800, the annual NTTL hard bat event returns.

If those references mean nothing to you, you probably play with a hard bat already so don't let that put you off :)

Tonight is the final week, where all teams (per division) play each other in a doubles round.

There will be 15 matches across 3 tables per division, same as previous weeks, but as some matches might take longer than others please take the opportunity to play another match on the schedule rather than wait around. It does not matter what order the games are played in, everyone is playing everyone else, so please try and keep things moving as we have to finish by 9:30pm.
