30inches off and built lean muscle mass!
Hannah come to me in desperate need đŁ
Hannah while looking after others and brining new life into the world, she dismissed her own health and life!
Hannah was highly stressed , fully depleted and confidence was at an all time low!
Now that all has changed but let me tell you howâŠ
phase 1 - The reset, this was a phase which we took Hannah through the fundamentals of any solid foundation. Here are couple of points.
* Time management - this allowed her to plan her days to give her back time and actually take some time for herself to destress and be more in a routine đ°ïž
* Identifying schedules for sleep days / nights - This was a tough nut to crack but having a specific routine before bed allowed Hannah to switch off and relax which helps her to fall asleep.
* Increasing protein and water and veg intake - just this simple task allowed Hannah to feel fuller and move away from them sugary treats which lead to less energy from sugar crashes!
* Increasing steps / while training 2xs per week - slowly increasing the step count allowed Hannah to comfortably create a larger deficit without taking away from the limited time she had, the 2xs per week workouts was short but Intense which lead to consistency due time efficiency.
Just from this first phase - Hannah completely improved in every aspect, yes we did push and create a larger deficit over time đ°ïž I could tell you the other phases, but I want to drill this into you.
The foundations work,
they may not be sexyđ„
they might not be cool đ
But they work and thatâs all that matters.
