13.1 miles is no mean feat! 👏 Whether you’re chasing a PB or taking on your first half marathon, we hope you have an amazing run!

🏅 Need some post-run recovery? Bring your medal, finisher T-shirt or event confirmation email along to Mounts Baths after the event and enjoy FREE access to our Health Suite facilities. You’ve earned it! 💪

A HEADS UP FOR OUR MEMBERS:
The run will mean a number of road closures around Northampton tomorrow morning, which may affect your journey to Mounts Baths.

🚧 The roads closing around us include:
• Barrack Road – approx. 9:30–10:50am
• Kettering Road – approx. 10:00–11:10am
• Abington Avenue – approx. 10:00–11:20am
• Wellingborough Road – approx. 10:00–11:20am
• Town centre roads – some closures until approx. 12:30pm

If you’re heading to us during these times, please allow a little extra time and consider approaching from another direction where possible. The roads will reopen as the runners pass, so timings may vary.

🏊 20 metres is the next target!

Has your child been building their swimming skills over the summer? As they head back to school, now is a great time to keep that progress going with Stage 4 swimming lessons at Mounts Baths.

Stage 4 develops more advanced swimming skills, including treading water and swimming underwater, while children work towards swimming 20 metres unaided on both their front and back.

They’ll also work towards their Swim England Learn to Swim Framework Stage 4 award and 20m badge. 🏅
