Appledore Football Club Welcome to our page. We are a voluntary run senior football club playing in the Devon League.

We strive to build a community foundation for our players to enjoy their football and express their talents.

APPLEDORE FC CLEAN-UP DAY TOMORROW

With the new season fast approaching, we’re holding a club clean-up day on Saturday 27th June, starting at 10:00am.

There are plenty of jobs that need doing around the club, so if you can spare a couple of hours, we’d really appreciate your help. Please bring along any tools that may be useful and lend a hand in getting everything looking its best for the season ahead.

Many hands make light work, and every bit of help makes a difference.

Then join us in the evening as we cheer on England in their third World Cup group game:

Come down, help out during the day, then enjoy the football and a beer with us in the evening. We look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible!

Pre-season training gets underway on Wednesday 1st July at 7:00pm at Marshford.

Whether you’re a returning player, new to the area, or looking for a new challenge, all new players are welcome to come along and get involved.

With a number of exciting pre-season friendlies lined up in the coming weeks, now is the perfect time to get involved.

New players welcome. Bring your boots, bring a mate, and come and join us as preparations begin for the 2026/27 season.

The first of England’s World Cup group games kicks off tonight as England take on Croatia!

The club will be open from 6pm, with the Portugal game being shown first, so why not come down early, grab a few beers, and enjoy an evening of football with us.

Appledore FC Awards Night took place last weekend, and we’d like to thank everyone who came along. It was a great evening and the perfect way to bring another season to a close.
