Qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Sports Massage Therapist and Medical Acupuncturist I am qualified to advise on nutrition, diet and exercise.

5-105 Family Fit's aim is to help children, adults and older adults achieve their health and fitness goals through group classes or one on one tuition. My friendly, fun and welcoming fitness classes are located around the Bedale and Northallerton areas and include Pilates, Circuit and HIIT (High Intensity Impact Training). My Older Adult classes are suitable for all conditions, as our exercises ar

e adaptable to an individuals ability and are based on working all elements of health and fitness, to maintain and improve body function through the later years. I am qualified for GP referrals, pre and post natal clients, core stability and metabolic effect (HIIT). Morning all, welcome to another fine morning.

The clocks have leaped forward, the weather has improved and the birds are chirping, it's hard not to be happy and be excited for what summer may bring.

Holidays, short breaks and days out have been planned and booked, starting with a visit to Farndale this weekend to see the wonderful daffodils and lunch at The Lion Inn at Blakey Ridge.

Spring has well and truly sprung!

It's Pilates at Bedale Methodist Church this morning, followed by massage and PT sessions, ending with HIIT at Kirkby Fleetham village hall this evening, everyone's welcome.

Evening all. It comes to something when the first chance you get to do a post is at six thirty!

It's been a lovely few days (and weekend), the weather's been great, I saw a Dire Straits and an Eagles cover band, I had some lovely food (tapas at La Cocina in Richmond, and lunch at our very own Black Horse) and did some DIY!

Morning all.

Finally, the last day of the week!

I'm off to Richmond tonight, tapas at La Cocina. If you like tapas, you'll love this place, the food is amazing. Even Social Media Guru, who thought "tiny plates of food are pointless", has been converted and loves it.

Happy Mothers Day to all you fellow mums out there!

A couple of classes today, starting with Pilates at Snape and ending with HIIT at North Cowton. Also a couple of massages, then it's time to catch up on paperwork.

Morning everyone, -3° this morning on the doglet walk, at least the doglets were happy 🥶

I was in York over the weekend, I had an amazing meal on Friday night at a Turkish restaurant called Yakamoz. I would highly recommend it if you like that sort of thing. And amazingly, not at all expensive!!

Then it was off to see Mike and the Mechanics at the Barbican. Well, to be fair it's just Mike, there aren't any original Mechanics left. Still good though, a nice bit of 80's nostalgia 🎶.

Older Adults at North Cowton is first up this morning followed by the usual massage and PT sessions.

Morning all

Well last weekends warm temperatures were indeed a flash in the pan. Looking at the next 7 days, the best we can hope for is 12°, according to the Met Office. I can't tell you how much I love my heated gillet!!

Morning all, I hope you're all ok.

Did you enjoy the warmer weather at the weekend? I managed to get the roof down and go for a drive. Back to normality now, although hopefully it won't be long before there's a permanent rise in temperature. Only a few weeks and the clocks forward, that the big milestone.
