✨CLIENT SPOTLIGHT✨

Not every transformation is about losing weight.

Some are about finally building it.

Ted came to me at ~73kg - already training, already consistent, but stuck. The effort was there; the structure wasn’t. He needed guidance on how to structure his training sessions, how to execute movements correctly and with intent and how to manage nutrition in order to build.

So, over the next 43 weeks we focused on:
• Progressive overload
• Exercise selection that suited his build
• Intentional volume
• Proper ex*****on
• A consistent calorie surplus
• Long-term planning, not quick fixes

The results speak for themselves:
78.3kg → 89.1kg with around ~6–7kg of estimated muscle added

That’s nearly a year of consistent training, eating with intent, and trusting the process.

And now? Phase 2 begins. After building, we’re moving into a structured deficit — not to shrink, but to reveal all the hard work he’s put in.

Mass phases take patience. They take consistency. They take trusting the process even when it feels slow.

This is what real growth looks like.

Very proud of the work Ted has put in and it’s been a joy to watch him grow (quite literally…) both physically and mentally. 📈💪

A lot of people train consistently…but never actually check if they’re progressing.

And if you’re not tracking something, you’re basically relying on guesswork.

Because motivation comes and goes, and “feeling like it’s working” isn’t always the same as making progress.

The reality is: progress happens when you measure, review, and adjust.

That can look like:
✅progress photos
✅body weight trends (not daily panic weigh-ins)
✅measurements
✅strength increases in the gym
✅energy, sleep, steps, adherence
✅weekly reflections on what went well / what didn’t

Weekly check-ins aren’t about being obsessive… they’re about staying consistent and making sure your plan is actually moving you forward.

Most people don’t fail because they aren’t working hard. They fail because they don’t have a system to track and course-correct.

This client wanted to remain anonymous…but her hard work deserves to be celebrated.

Over the last 6 months, she has lost over 20kg and dropped from a size 20 to a size 12 — and it hasn’t come from quick fixes, shortcuts or “magic” solutions.

It came from showing up on the days she didn’t feel like it.

✨CLIENT TRANSFORMATION ✨

I just want to take a moment to tell you about my client Olivia.

This journey is about so much more than weight loss.

After leaving the UK, travelling, and spending time living in Australia, she came home feeling disconnected from herself. Life was amazing and memories were made - but somewhere along the way, her confidence and routine were lost. Her weight crept up and she knew something needed to change.

Since working together, not only has she lost over 10kg, she’s rebuilt trust in herself.
She feels strong.
She feels confident.
She feels genuinely happy again.

This transformation didn’t come from perfection. It came from learning how to be consistent, even when life felt busy or motivation was low. From showing up, adjusting when needed, and choosing progress over all-or-nothing thinking.

This didn’t happen overnight. It took patience, honesty and commitment - and I couldn’t be prouder of the woman she’s become during this process.

Show up for yourself, even on the days you don’t feel like it. That’s where the results are built.

Took me a while to get back into the rhythm - life gets busy, motivation dips, and something training slips down the list. But lately I’ve been showing up again, even on the hard days, and it’s reminded me why I started.

It’s not about chasing perfection - it’s about finding balance, rebuilding consistency, and giving yourself credit for showing up!

Jo came to me because she wanted to build strength beyond her running. We implemented a solid strength training programme and helped her achieve this, whilst simultaneously gaining confidence to be in the gym.
