🗣️U12 REDS PLAYER WANTED

Our U12 Reds are looking for an attacking player to join our amazing squad.

We have a class group of lads with a small squad who play an open and attacking style of football.

We are looking for an exciting attacking player who loves to work hard, be creative and enjoy being part of an ambitious group of players.

We record most of our games on VEO.

Our head coach is UEFA B qualified, our sessions are age appropriate and we love our players to express themselves on and off the pitch.

Previous players have gone on to play for Middlesbrough, Leeds United, Huddersfield Town, Bradford City and York City.

We are open minded when it comes to player recruitment so if you have a younger player that maybe could step up or a player who is playing lower leagues then bring them along to training!

NYSA Blues U12 had a fantastic team day out in York after being selected as flag bearers for the match against Swindon. The team were brilliant throughout the day and enjoyed an entertaining game, with The Minstermen coming out on top.

It was a great opportunity for team bonding, full of smiles, laughs, and plenty of sweet treats!

🗣️Player Recruitment OUTFIELD AND GOALKEEPER 🧤

NYSA FC U13 girls are looking for players to join our team.

Year 7 and Year 8 girls considered.

We have a brilliant group of girls who play some brilliant attacking football!

The girls had a great 25/26 season winning the York Girls Second division undefeated.

We run weekly training sessions and goalkeeper training sessions are included. Games are played on Saturdays, in the Teesside league.

We are delighted to announce our LAST WEEK OF SUMMER CAMPS this will take place at BROOMFIELD SCHOOL, NORTHALLERTON.

(Change of venue from Knayton)

Please make sure you book early to avoid missing out!

24/25/26 August

Our fun and friendly Coaching sessions will take place in the morning and our usual tournaments will take place in the afternoon of each day.

Players will need packed lunch and drinks.

As always the players will be split into groups in relation to age and ability.

The sessions are open to players aged 5-14.

9am - 3pm

Sometimes you have to go backwards to come forwards..

Around 1 year ago we had a conversation with 2 parents about their kids taking a step back and playing at a level more suitable for their ability.

In this situation, Most of the time, the parents turn around and say 🖕and I get that, you don’t agree with the coaches, you don’t like our honest opinion, you point to others and say my kid is better than them etc etc.

The easiest thing to do is walk away, find a new team.

The hardest thing to do is stay and fight but that’s what these 2 did.

They worked their socks off, we designed a development programme that worked for everyone and guess what… it paid off.

In all situations we are always trying to do what’s right for the child. Again most parents don’t recognise this.

Thank you to both sets of kids and parents for their trust, hard work and patience.

If your child was told they aren’t playing at the required level would you remove them and take to a different club or fight and stay?
