About me:
I became a personal trainer after discovering my own passion for fitness and changing my body for the better. After years of being overweight and disliking my body I decided to make some changes and the journey lead me to Personal Training. I have a genuine passion for helping others on their own journey to a healthier version of themselves the aim is t
o INSPIRE.MOTIVATE. Meaning I try to inspire others to want to be a better version of themselves, motivate them along the process and encourage them to dedicate time to themselves to be happier and healthier. I have found that this is a concept that circles and clients start to take onboard the three elements all on their own for themselves and then start to share them with other. Body confidence is something else I strongly believe in along with the importance of raising my clients levels of body confidence and wellness. I absolutely believe that people who are happy and confident with themselves and their body are happier and more successful in all other areas of their lives and that exercise and fitness is crucial in this process. Professional Background:
I have been Personal trained myself by some great trainers who have taught me a lot about the industry and some invaluable lessons about both the body and how it works in relation to responding to exercise and diet. They also taught me techniques within various exercise styles of exercise. I am still very much into my professional development and always planning my next learning route and learning from other great trainers I know and train alongside. I have spent over a year gaining valuable experience within a gym and have had the pleasure or training a wide variety of clients both male and female in a wide range of ages, shapes and sizes. They all had various goals from weight loss, strength training, improving cardiovascular endurance, and more. I embrace all my clients goals and am happy to do the necessary research to ensure success. I track clients progress and use tools and methods to suit clients needs and goals from Body fat percentage calculating, BMI, Macros, Basal Metabolic Rate(BMR)
Qualifications:
Active IQ Level 2 Gym Instructor
Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Fitness instructing and Personal Training
Level 2 Indoor Cycling
