Following the new guidelines for businesses, it suggests that Cycle Shops are exempt from the closure, for the safety of my staff, customers and my own family I have taken the decision to continue with a reduced level of business to an ‘on call’ service only. This is a very difficult decision to make trying to find the balance between business and moral responsibility with this in mind I have made the following amendments to our level of service:
Until further notice we will be instore for repairs only on Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays from 09:00 until 11:00 for you to be able to drop off /pick up your bicycle. The door will not be open to the general public, this will be an appointment-based system only. You can book your slot to drop off or pick up over the telephone on 01609 776656 or via email to [email protected]
During this time the main part of the shop will not be open. If, outside of these hours you require an emergency repair or technical help then please do not hesitate to get in touch. We would like to continue to assist in keeping you mobile on your daily cycle ride whilst the constraints are in place.
In these unprecedented times we hope that you, your colleagues, friends and families are keeping well and safe. We know many of our industry friends are being severely strained with the effect the lock down will have on the high street. Our thoughts are with you.
